These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Takabos and its users. By accessing the Takabos website (takabos.app), mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Takabos is for adults only. To register, the following conditions must be met:
Takabos reserves the right to verify a user's age. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld.
To create an account on Takabos, accurate and complete information must be provided. If your registration details do not match your KYC documents, withdrawals may be delayed.
Each member may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts and their balances may be permanently forfeited.
Takabos reserves the right to properly manage your account at all times. Restrictions may be applied in the following circumstances:
Any account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as "inactive". An inactivity fee of ৳50 per month will be deducted from inactive accounts with a remaining balance. No further fees will be charged once the balance reaches zero.

If any prohibited activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
Takabos offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own specific terms. The general bonus terms and conditions are outlined below:
Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more. Required documents: a copy of your National ID or passport and a recent selfie. Verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
Takabos supports both single bets and accumulator (parlay) bets. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg's odds will be counted as 1.00.
